Dishwasher installation
A dishwasher installation runs through the same checklist as every install here — water line, drain, electrical, levelling and a full test cycle. Older homes on the Bradford side of the job often need the drain brought up to a proper high loop before the dishwasher goes in. In Newmarket kitchens that’s usually a straightforward swap.
Oven, range and cooktop installation
Electric and gas ranges install differently: electric is a levelled, anchored connection to its own circuit, while a gas range or cooktop’s hookup and leak test happen under the gas certification described below. Freestanding ranges get anti-tip brackets so the unit can’t tip forward under load, and slide-in, cooktop and wall-oven installs get the same levelling and cabinetry fit, checked against the table below. Washer and dryer installation
Washer and dryer installation covers levelling both machines, the hot and cold supply lines, a properly sized standpipe drain, and venting the dryer outside — the same checklist as below. Stacked and side-by-side laundry pairs need the right stacking kit and a dryer vent that doesn’t choke on length or bends, and the van carries what a given setup calls for. Gas appliance installation — TSSA-certified
Gas installations on this page are done under an Ontario G2 gas certification — the licence the province requires before anyone connects a gas line. That covers gas ranges and gas dryers as part of a standard installation. If there’s no gas line running to where the appliance is going — a stove or dryer moving over from electric — running one starts from $499, subject to inspection. We do this work in Innisfil and between Bradford and Barrie, same as everything else on this page.
