Failed magnetron (most common after 7-10 yrs), bad high-voltage diode, blown HV capacitor, or open thermal cut-out. We test HV section with safe-discharge tools.
Burnt waveguide cover (mica panel), arcing magnetron antenna, or food residue carbonized on cavity wall. We replace the waveguide & inspect the magnetron for cracks.
Failed primary or secondary door interlock switch, worn door hinge, or bent latch hook. A bad interlock will trip the line fuse — we test all 3 switches in sequence.
Failed turntable motor (bottom of cavity), broken coupler, stripped support roller ring, or failed control board relay. Easy 10-min fix — usually the motor.
Failed exhaust fan motor, clogged charcoal filter, blocked grease filter, or dead damper assembly. Over-the-range models add a vent fan & light board.

I was very pleased with their knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient, reasonable, and honest service. The water dispenser on my Samsung fridge wasn't working well. From the initial phone inquiry, they were able to identify the likely issue.
