Corroded spark electrodes, dead AA battery in spark module, clogged burner venturi (spider nests are common), or failed regulator after winter freeze. We re-orifice & test ignition under load.
Failed condenser fan motor (rust-seized), refrigerant leak at brazed joints, dirty UV-cracked condenser coils, or failed outdoor-rated compressor. We pressure-test sealed system.
Failed water inlet valve, frozen supply line (uninsulated), failed ice mold heater, or dead control board after moisture intrusion. We winterize lines after diagnosis.
