I was very pleased with their knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient, reasonable, and honest service. The water dispenser on my Samsung fridge wasn't working well. From the initial phone inquiry, they were able to identify the likely issue. The technician was very friendly, quickly found the problem, completed the repair in under 30 minutes, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would definitely call them again if needed.

The visit is $89. That covers a technician coming out and diagnosing what has actually failed — not a guess over the phone. If you approve the repair, the $89 is waived. Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Yes, where the schedule allows. We run two shops — Bradford and Barrie — and most calls across York Region and Simcoe County can be seen the same day, especially if you book in the morning. If we cannot get to you today we will tell you honestly when we can, rather than promise a window we will miss.
Is it worth repairing my appliance, or should I replace it?
It depends on three things: how old the unit is, what actually failed, and what the repair costs against a replacement. A control board on a five-year-old machine is usually worth fixing. A sealed-system failure on an older fridge often is not. We diagnose the real fault first, then tell you straight — including when the honest answer is that it is not worth your money. That is what the $89 buys you: certainty, instead of guessing at a new appliance.
Do you repair gas appliances?
Yes. Our technicians are TSSA-certified for gas work, which covers gas ranges, gas cooktops and gas dryers. Gas work is not something to hand to an uncertified handyman — if a company cannot show you a TSSA licence, they should not be touching the gas line.

You pay the $89 service call, and nothing else. That is the fee for a qualified technician diagnosing the fault and giving you a written quote. If you go ahead, it is waived. If you do not — because we told you the appliance is not worth fixing, or you would rather replace it — you have paid $89 to find out for certain, instead of spending on the wrong thing.
