Fridge compartment warm, freezer still cold
This is the single most common fridge call we get, and it is almost never the compressor. Cold air is made in the freezer and pushed into the fresh-food section by an evaporator fan — if that fan has failed, the freezer stays cold because it is right next to the evaporator, but nothing moves forward to the fridge side.
