From the initial phone inquiry, they were able to identify the likely issue. The technician was very friendly, quickly found the problem, completed the repair in under 30 minutes, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Had a great experience dealing with Appliance Forever. They were acting on behalf of my extended warranty company when it came to my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Very professional. Booked the appt. Confirmed. Called ahead. Showed up on time and diagnosed. Ordered part and came back with new IceMaker two weeks later and installed perfectly and Voila ! We have ice again. I recommend.
